A330 Captain

Key Responsibilities:
  • -A330 Captain required to work on a permanent position based in Hong Kong.
  • -Working as a crew for a private owner aircraft managed by Hongkong Jet

Requirements:
  • -Must hold valid A330 Type Rating, and ATPL recognized by FAA
  • -Must have 4,000+ total flight hours with 500+ total PIC hours and 300+ on type PIC hours
  • -Current on type
  • -Prefer latest A330 Recurrent Training in FlightSafety International / CAE Facilities within last 6 months
  • -Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) and English
  • -Excellent physical fitness with FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • -No history of accident or incident record
  • -Loyal to client, responsible and flexible personality
  • -Willing to relocate to Hong Kong
  • -Immediately available is highly preferred

VVIP Flight Attendant

Key Responsibilities:
  • -Perform cabin crew duty and ensure overall onboard safety;
  • -Offer premium in-flight cabin services;
  • -Organize catering and arrange aircraft supplies;
  • -Responsible for all pre-flight and post flight duties;
  • -Administrative tasks and ground duties (when required for job-related reason)

Requirements:
  • -Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualifications as minimum requirement;
  • -With minimum 5 consecutive years of Flight Attendant experience in International Airlines, Purser rank or above with First Class experience is preferable; with Private Jet experience will be advanced;
  • -Willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure;
  • -Professional, good initiative and self-motivated;
  • -Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • -Fluency in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferable;
  • -Able to handle ad-hoc duties and willing to work in irregular hours;
  • -Able to be based in Beijing;

Flight Operations Officer/Senior Flight Operations Officer

Job Purpose:
  • -To work as part of the Flight Operations team to dispatch the aircraft which the company manages.
Job Responsibilities:
  • -Interface with clients regarding trip planning requirements
  • -Pro-actively ensure all operational and safety requirements of scheduled flights are met
  • -Procurement of relevant government approvals and required permits
  • -Flight planning and flight dispatch for crew, including weather and NOTAMS
  • -Assist to maintain operations library and post flight documents
  • -Assist with audits, projects and ad hoc tasks as dictated by management (Senior Flight Operations officer)
  • -Assist to train junior staff (Senior Flight Operations officer)
Experience:
  • Flight Operations Officer:
  • -Preference will be given to applicants with a minimum of 2 years flight operations experience and preferably at least 1 year experience in business aviation
  • Senior Flight Operations Officer:
  • -Minimum 4 years flight operations experience, with minimum of 3 years in Business Aviation
Job Specifications :

Operations Administrative Officer

Job Responsibilities:
  • -Review and approve invoices and air crew expenses related to flight operations
  • -Update database with invoice details
  • -Liaise with accounting department on payment to vendors
  • -Assist Client Relations team on invoice queries
  • -Update Flight Operations Manuals
  • -Aircraft return flight paperwork review and cross check to ensure accurate data entry
  • -Assist Flight Dispatch team in preparing/translating trip sheets for clients
  • -Report to Manager, Flight Dispatch and assist as required with other administrative functions, such as air tickets booking, hotels reservation, location research etc.

Job Requirements:

    Education:

  • -Tertiary level education and above

    Experience:

  • -Preference will be given to candidates with previous business aviation and/or aviation experience
  • -Previous administration experience

    Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

  • -Good command of written and spoken English
  • -Organization skills
  • -Detail oriented and quick learner
  • -Knowledge of aviation a benefit
  • -Ability to work weekend shifts as required (not more than 5 working days in a week)

Client Relations Support Officer

Job Responsibilities:
  • -Assist Client Relations team to prepare regular reports with statistical data for the clients
  • -Assist Client Relations team to prepare departmental budgets
  • -Assist Client Relations team to maintain and update client’s and aircraft’s databases
  • -Assist Client Relations team with internal and external communication
  • -Assist Client Relations team to maintain a departmental calendar and schedule appointments
  • -Help the Manager of department develop resolutions as issues arise
  • -Manage commercial projects as dictated by management

Job Requirements

    Education:

  • -Preference will be given to those with university level education or High diploma in Administration; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

    Experience:

  • -Preference will be given to applicants with relevant experience in the Business Aviation Industry, with 2 years minimum experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar will be an advantage.
  • -Flight Operations or Charter Sales experience would be an advantage

    Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

  • -Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • -Experience with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)

Charter Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • -Learn and implement the in-house sales strategies to achieve the company’s quarterly & annual targets.
  • -To learn the sales processes and procedures of AJ/HKJ including basic operation softwares like FOS, Arinc and Avinode.
  • -Proficient with MS office applications in creating weekly and monthly pipeline reports of prospects and enquiries handled.
  • -Using our extensive database of contacts you will be expected to generate and answer sales enquiries
  • -Obtain new business through cold calling, warm calls, e-marketing, mail-out and client visits with your line manager
  • -Manages all aspests of charter flight from initial sales, scheuling to post-flight, in collaboration with HKJ's other departments.
  • -Building relationships with potential clients and aircraft operators
  • -Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, trip planning, flight monitoring and promoting the Jet Card Membership Program
  • -Provide excellent customer service to clients and helps promoting Asia Jet reputation and brand.
  • -To conduct postal campaigns and set-up meetings with potential clients for pitch meetings.

    Experience:

Graphic Design – Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • -Create graphics and design layouts for all our existing platforms, collateral brochures, giveaways, packaging/stationary, print ads, flyers, email newsletters, email campaigns, the Asia Jet website updates and tweaks and social media accounts
  • -Work with senior management to support sales and marketing campaigns, follow up on post analytics results, build on media relations and targeted communication platforms online
  • -Incorporate UI/UX best practices in website design and layout, and adapt designs for mobile formats

Job Requirements
  • -A major in graphic design/web design/marketing
  • -Prior experience creating graphics and a solid grasp of design concepts
  • -Comfortable working in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • -Enthusiasm for the design process and attentiveness to different project goals
  • -Happy to assist with marketing administrative needs
  • -Enjoys responsibility and takes pride in their work
  • -Available to work from our Tung Chung office full time
