VVIP Flight Attendant

Key Responsibilities:
  • -Perform cabin crew duty and ensure overall onboard safety;
  • -Offer premium in-flight cabin services;
  • -Organize catering and arrange aircraft supplies;
  • -Responsible for all pre-flight and post flight duties;
  • -Administrative tasks and ground duties (when required for job-related reason)

Requirements:
  • -Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualifications as minimum requirement;
  • -With minimum 5 consecutive years of Flight Attendant experience in International Airlines, Purser rank or above with First Class experience is preferable; with Private Jet experience will be advanced;
  • -Willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure;
  • -Professional, good initiative and self-motivated;
  • -Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • -Fluency in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferable;
  • -Able to handle ad-hoc duties and willing to work in irregular hours;
  • -Able to be based in Beijing;

Maintenance Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities :

The Maintenance Operation Manager will report directly to Head of Maintenance, lead all aspects of site maintenance and ensure work is scheduled and performed in a safe and efficient manner. As the primary reporting line for the Senior Engineers and Maintenance Supervisors, they will manage maintenance staff, review employee performance, address escalating issues, generate assignments, and set departmental priorities. They will be required to lead and oversee a team that may execute:

  • -Maintenance, inspection and servicing of aircraft to ensure airworthiness.
  • -Repairing, replacing, and rebuilding aircraft structures and functional components as required;
  • -Performance of scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, Aircraft EIS and recovery, corrosion control, and inspection programs, and routine through complex maintenance of aircraft, aircraft engines, and other aircraft systems/components as required;
  • -Adjusting, repairing, or replacing electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, as required.
  • And as required shall be responsible for:

  • -Day-to-day manpower management and oversight
  • -Line / Base Maintenance oversight and continuous workflow review
  • -Primary point-of-contact for 145 department staff for guidance and instruction concerning day-to-day working procedures and safe working practices
  • -Coordination with the externally assigned maintenance provider for the execution of phased and heavy check maintenance;
  • -Responsibility to monitor and administer outsourced maintenance activities at vendor location and coordination of customer demands;
  • -Evaluate aircraft maintenance operations and make recommendations to improve maintenance labor productivity and efficiency;
  • -Ensure all maintenance execution processes comply with contractual agreements with the operator;
  • -Create, update and manage maintenance execution processes used by the department in support HKJ and third party support line and base maintenance
Job Requirements:

Experience:

  • -Not less than 15 years’ experience on Aircraft Line & Base Maintenance, no less than 10 years’ experience on Business Aircraft Line & Base maintenance.

Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

  • -Extensive technical background on aircraft Mechanical, Electrical System and Avionics Systems.
  • -HKCAD B1/B2 licenses, FAA A&P license, EASA B1/B2 Licenses
  • -Current type-ratings beneficial. The following types preferred – Falcon 7X, Gulfstream G450/G550/G650, Bombardier CL604/5, Global Express, Embraer Lineage (E190)
  • -Strong leadership/supervisory skillset
  • -Computer literate
  • -Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • -Some technical and project management experience, an in-depth knowledge of business jet industry is preferred
  • -Ability to work with vendors/supplier/customer at negotiating level

Requirements:
-Previous International Experience required.
-Bases in Hong Kong and Beijing.

Flight Operations Officer/Senior Flight Operations Officer

Job Purpose:
  • -To work as part of the Flight Operations team to dispatch the aircraft which the company manages.
Job Responsibilities:
  • -Interface with clients regarding trip planning requirements
  • -Pro-actively ensure all operational and safety requirements of scheduled flights are met
  • -Procurement of relevant government approvals and required permits
  • -Flight planning and flight dispatch for crew, including weather and NOTAMS
  • -Assist to maintain operations library and post flight documents
  • -Assist with audits, projects and ad hoc tasks as dictated by management (Senior Flight Operations officer)
  • -Assist to train junior staff (Senior Flight Operations officer)
Experience:
  • Flight Operations Officer:
  • -Preference will be given to applicants with a minimum of 2 years flight operations experience and preferably at least 1 year experience in business aviation
  • Senior Flight Operations Officer:
  • -Minimum 4 years flight operations experience, with minimum of 3 years in Business Aviation
Job Specifications :

Senior Operations Admin Officer/Junior Operations Admin Officer

Job Purpose:
  • -To help assist the Operations team with efficient and organized administration support.
Job Responsibilities:
  • -Review and approve invoices and air crew expenses related to client flights
  • -Liaise with accounting department on payment to vendors
  • -Assist Client Relations team on invoice queries
  • -Update Flight Operations Manual and Jeppesen subscription
  • -Assist with aircraft return paperwork review and cross check to ensure accurate data entry
  • -Maintain a well-organized system/database to record the outstanding air tickets, trip research done, handling quotations etc
  • -Assist Operations team in preparing/translating trip sheets for clients
  • -Support Flight Operations Team and Client Relations Team with Ad Hoc admin projects
Job Specifications :
  • -Tertiary level education and above
  • -Preference given to candidates with previous aviation/business aviation experience

Flight Operations Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
  • -In-charge of Client Relations & Ground Operations, Sales & Marketing, Flight Operations, Engineering & Maintenance, and Safety & Quality.
  • -Manage business targets, such as developing aircraft management, MRO or FBO site identification for the Company.
  • -Support brand building and company image awareness.
  • -Support CEO/ COO in planning, developing and implementing a world-wide sales and marketing strategies for the company. Managing the company's overall marketing and sales activities.
  • -Support CEO/COO over strategic projects and future developments of the company.
Job Requirements:
  • -Tertiary qualifications preferably in business management and or 5-star or above hospitality service industry
  • -10 years or more in managing business development or customer services departments
  • -Experience in business aviation operations (Asia experience is a plus)
  • -Good command of written & spoken English is essential. Mandarin is a plus.

CAMO Assistant Operation Support Officer

Job Responsibilities:
  • -Aircraft record keeping in accordance with regulatory standards and requirements
  • -Tidy-Up hard copies and electronic copies of all aircraft records
  • -Update aircraft log book entries
  • -Prepare aircraft reports for C of A Renewal
  • -Assist Head of CAMO, FTM Manager for other duties as instructed
  • -Review and approve invoices and CAMO engineer expenses related to client flights
  • -Update database with invoice details
  • -Liaise with accounting department on payment to vendors
  • -Assist as required with other administrative functions, such as air ticket booking, hotel reservation, location research etc.

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Captains and First Officers for our Hong Kong registered G-550.

Minimum Requirements:

  • -HKCAD ATPL with G-550 Type Rating
  • -HKCAD 1st Class Medical
  • -Radio Operators Permit
  • -Total flight time 5000 hours
  • -Total flight time on G-550, 300 hours

Quality & Safety Officer

Job Responsibilities:
  • -Under the general supervision of the Safety & Security Manager, the Safety & Quality Officer assists in advising the Director of Quality & Safety on all aviation safety and quality related matters
  • -Implements the company SMS & QMS Manual through monitoring of vendors performances, conducting site inspections, compiling aviation statistics and maintaining and processing of all aircraft occurrence reports
  • -Support the continuous improvement program throughout the company
  • -Establish and maintain an effective audit program
  • -Assists the Safety & Security Manager in monitoring and updating the occurrence reporting system
  • -Perform other duties as required by the Safety & Security Manager or Director of Quality & Safety

Job Requirements

    Eduication:

  • -Higher Diploma/Certificate in Aviation Management or Engineering
  • -Tertiary education in safety & quality management or related disciplines

    Previous Experience:

  • -Min 3 years solid experience in technical/procedural document writing or relevant business environment
  • -Min 2 years Auditor experience
  • -Exposure in Aviation Industry is an advantage

    Other Requirements:


  • -Sound track record in planning, implementation of new and existing quality document systems
  • -Well versed in international aviation safety & quality standards, and relevant legislation issues, including but not limited to ISBAO, ISO 9001, 14001, 20000, 28000 and OHSAS 18001
  • -Pilot license or Air Traffic Controller License is preferred
