VVIP Flight Attendant

Key Responsibilities:
  • -Perform cabin crew duty and ensure overall onboard safety;
  • -Offer premium in-flight cabin services;
  • -Organize catering and arrange aircraft supplies;
  • -Responsible for all pre-flight and post flight duties;
  • -Administrative tasks and ground duties (when required for job-related reason)

Requirements:
  • -Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualifications as minimum requirement;
  • -With minimum 5 consecutive years of Flight Attendant experience in International Airlines, Purser rank or above with First Class experience is preferable; with Private Jet experience will be advanced;
  • -Willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure;
  • -Professional, good initiative and self-motivated;
  • -Excellent planning and organizational skills;
  • -Fluency in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferable;

CAMO Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • -Aircraft Maintenance Program development and management;
  • -Maintenance Planning including work package preparation and compliance monitoring;
  • -Airworthiness Directives (AD) evaluation and compliance monitoring;
  • -Maintenance activities workload forecast;
  • -Liaison with HKJ Engineering or service providers for long and short term planning;
  • -Cross-functional project participation;
  • -Provide CAMO Functions as required;

Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • -Assist the Client Relations Team with internal and external communication
  • -To be the main point of contact internally and externally for all aspects related to the aircraft (with the exception of trip arrangement)
  • -Assist with Aircraft Specific data research and generate reports for analysis
  • -Assist in the process of Aircraft Additions to the HKJ fleet alongside the Special Projects team as assigned by management
  • -Review client satisfaction and help managers develop resolutions as issues arise, offer solutions in adverse situations, and educate the clients on aircraft ownership and cost efficiency
  • -Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to clients on aircraft usage/other pertinent information

Aircraft Management and Maintenance Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
  • -Formulate and execute strategic sales policies and strategies
  • -Achieve company�䏭 quarterly & annual target
  • -Help prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and expenses
  • -Track, collate and interpret sales figures
  • -Set individual sales targets within the A/C Management Sales team, and co-ordinate sales action plans for individual sales team members
  • -Monitor and provide feedback, support and training to the sales team
  • -Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, locally and regionally

Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
  • -Learn and implement the in-house sales strategies to achieve the company�䏭 quarterly & annual targets

  • -Obtain new business through cold calling, warm calls, e-marketing, mail-out and client visits with your line manager

Flight Operations Officer/Senior Flight Operations Officer

Job Purpose:
  • -To work as part of the Flight Operations team to dispatch the aircraft which the company manages.
Job Responsibilities:
  • -Interface with clients regarding trip planning requirements
  • -Pro-actively ensure all operational and safety requirements of scheduled flights are met
  • -Procurement of relevant government approvals and required permits
  • -Flight planning and flight dispatch for crew, including weather and NOTAMS
  • -Assist to maintain operations library and post flight documents
  • -Assist with audits, projects and ad hoc tasks as dictated by management (Senior Flight Operations officer)

Experience:

Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:
  • -Review and approve invoices and air crew expenses related to client flights
  • -Liaise with accounting department on payment to vendors
  • -Assist Client Relations team on invoice queries
  • -Update Flight Operations Manual and Jeppesen subscription
  • -Assist with aircraft return paperwork review and cross check to ensure accurate data entry

Job Responsibilities:
  • -In-charge of Client Relations & Ground Operations, Sales & Marketing, Flight Operations, Engineering & Maintenance, and Safety & Quality.

Job Requirements:

Head of Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
  • -Ensure the alignment of organizational initiatives, processes, and systems with the goals of the company. Prioritize and support projects/initiatives and manpower needs versus business objectives
  • -Meet company’s goals in relation to safety, quality and timely delivery of products
  • -Responsible for customer satisfaction for maintenance related issues. Responsible for meeting company’s goal in relation to budget
  • -Direct the implementation of new maintenance processes and procedures to meet the company’s objectives. Develop and monitor metrics to clarify objectives, assure consistency, and implement control plans to lock down successfully introduced processes
  • -Conduct performance reviews and imbalance/conflict analysis of manpower resources (Engineers, Technicians, Planners, Logistics, Cleaning);
  • -Provide supervision for all personnel assigned to the Maintenance Department and demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease cycle time and streamline work processes
  • -Work and cooperate inter-departmentally to provide quality, seamless customer experience across the service spectrum

Job Requirements

    Eduication:

  • -At least 15 years of experience in aviation, with 5 years in a management role. Knowledge of the executive jet industry preferred

    Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

  • -Holder of at least two of the following licenses: HKCAD/EASA/FAA

Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
  • The Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to Maintenance Operation Manager, lead all aspects of site maintenance and ensure work is scheduled and performed in a safe and efficient manner. As the primary reporting line for Senior Engineers, they will supervise maintenance staff, review employee performance, address escalated issues, generate assignments, and set priorities. They will be required to lead and oversee a team that may execute:

  • -Maintenance, inspection and servicing of aircraft to ensure airworthiness. Repairing, replacing, and rebuilding aircraft structures and functional components as required
  • -Performance of scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, Aircraft EIS and recovery, corrosion control, and inspection programs, and routine through complex maintenance of aircraft, aircraft engines, and other aircraft systems/components as required
  • -Adjusting, repairing, or replacing electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, as required

  • And as required shall be responsible for:

  • -Reading and interpreting manufacturers’ and company’s maintenance manuals, service bulletins, engineering drawings and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components
  • -Providing guidance and instruction to team members concerning work orders, checklists, and hazardous materials
  • -Coordinate with the externally assigned maintenance provider for the execution of phased and heavy check maintenance; be responsible for monitoring and administering of outsourced maintenance activities at vendor location and coordinating customer demands
  • -Evaluate aircraft maintenance operations and make recommendations to improve dispatch reliability and maintenance labor productivity and efficiency
  • -Ensure all maintenance execution processes comply with contractual agreements with the operator
  • -Create, update and manage maintenance execution processes used by the department in support HKJ and third party support line and base maintenance
  • Perform other duties as specified or required by operation

Job Requirements

    Eduication:

  • -Degree in Engineering or equivalent, holder of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License

    Experience:

  • -Not less than 15 years’ experience on Aircraft Line & Base Maintenance, no less than 10 years’ experience on Business Aircraft Line & Base maintenance.

    Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:


  • -Familiar with aircraft Mechanical, Electrical System and Avionics Systems. Hands on experience with aircraft structure repair

Production Planning Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
  • -Work with the Managers for all planning and coordination of Line and Base maintenance input to Aircraft Maintenance Organisation activity and issue proper and legible paperwork in a timely manner
  • -Responsible to coordinate with customer and all party during maintenance activity and send status report regular
  • -Control maintenance data up to airworthiness requirement
  • -Prepare un-schedule and schedule maintenance work package (arrangements of hangar, special tools & parts), outstation road-trip and AOG support
  • -Arrange aircraft maintenance parking slot for all requests to get it done on limited time and smoothly
  • -Understand company internal procedure and NAA authorities requirement regarding to aircraft maintenance organisation
  • -Manage the customer ’s aircraft maintenance record keeping system, in compliance with Civil Aviation Authorities
